Use

L3 can be used for cast film, bioriented film or foil. Also suitable for coating, sheet and thermoforming sheet production.

Technical detail

Melt channel surface: hard cromium-plated and mirror-polished finish

Finish: channel  - Ra 0,04-0,08

Lips:  Ra 0,02-0,04

Optional Super-finish Ra < 0,01

Standard production: Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) heat-treated steel

Cartridge heaters placed in the blocks; multipolar plugs
