Use

L5 die type is used for sheet plastic products extrusion.

It is mainly used for thermo-forming process.

• Manual adjustment die
• Width range between 200 and 8000 mm
• Flexible upper lip
• Thickness range between 0.1 and 4 mm (up to 10 mm with lip change)
• Exchangeable lower lip
• Restriction bar provided
• Optional external deckles

Reported lower lip for gap exchanging

Melt channel surface: chromium-plated and mirror-polished finish.

Finish:  channel - Ra 0,04-0,08

lips    Ra 0,02-0,04

Standard production: Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) heat-treated steel
