PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
for the users of SIMPLAS S.p.A. website
pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to (EU) 2016/679 Regulation (hereinafter the "Regulation"), this document describes the methods for personal data processing of SIMPLAS S.p.A. website users. The website can be accessed through the following address: www.simplas.it.
This information does NOT concern other websites, webpages or online services that can be reached through links that may be published on SIMPLAS S.p.A. website, since they refer to resources outside the domain of SIMPLAS S.p.A.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Personal data mentioned on this document and given by the user/involved party are processed by SIMPLAS S.p.A. following consent or through a contractual or pre-contractual relationship. Data will be used to carry out any requests (this includes, but is not limited to: writing to SIMPLAS S.p.A. e-mails mentioned on the site).
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Browsing data
Computer systems and software procedures required for site functions gather, during their normal operations, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This type of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed to:
- get statistics on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- check the proper functioning of the offered services.
Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes carried out by judicial authorities).
Data shared by the user
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of SIMPLAS S.p.A., as well as filling-in and submission of forms on the website, entail the acquisition of sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be mentioned on website pages arraged to provide certain services.
Providing personal data may be a necessary requirement to reply and handle information requests, questions, communications or feedbacks. In the above circumstances, the refusal to provide us with your personal data would prevent us from fulfilling the contract or providing the requested services or information as specified above.
Cookies and other tracking systems
No cookies use is made for user profiling, nor are any other tracking methods employed.
We do use session (non-persistent) cookies, strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the websites. Session storage cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, if on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the logs of the services, with retention times, however, not exceeding seven days in the same way as other navigation data.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Recipients of the data (collected as a result of consulting the websites listed above) are the following entities, entrusted by SIMPLAS S.p.A. pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation as data processors:
GRK INTERACTIVE SRL as the provider of development and maintenance services of the web platform of maria's website.
Collected personal data are also processed by SIMPLAS S.p.A. staff following specific instructions given regarding the purposes and methods of such processing.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to get from SIMPLAS S.p.A, in the cases provided for, the access to their personal data, the rectification/cancellation of their personal data, the restriction of processing them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The application to SIMPLAS S.p.A. has to be submitted by contacting SIMPLAS S.p.A. Data Protection Officer at the above address.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Data subjects who assume that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
