Die for bi-oriented film production: BOPP,BOPET,BOPS,BOPA,BOPE.

Available with 2 up to 9 separated channels.

Features

• Equipped with pull-push adjustment
• Width range between 400 and 3000 mm
• Upper flexible lip
• Thickness range between 1 and 4 mm

Technical detail

Melt channel surface: hard-chrome plated and mirror-polished surface.

Finish: channel - Ra 0,04-0,08

Lip finish: Ra < 0,01

Standard production Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) heat-treated steel (different material upon request).

Cartridge heaters placed in the blocks; multipolar plugs

Additional cartridge heaters placed in the lips for specific materials extrusion.
