Multi-layer sheet production die for calender machines. Mainly used for thermo-forming production with high precision tollerance on layers distribution

• Manual adjustment
• Width range between 200 and 8000 mm
• Flexible upper lip
• Thickness range between 0,1 and 4 mm (with FG option up to 14 mm)
• Fixed lower lip (flexible upon request)
• Optional width regulation deckels

Technical detail

Melt channel surface: hard chromium plated and mirror polished finish

Finish :  channel -  Ra 0,04-0,08

Lips :   Ra 0,02-0,04

Super finish (optional)  Ra < 0,01

Standard production Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) thermal treated steel (different material upon request).

Cartridge heaters placed in the blocks: multipolar plugs.

In the version with flexible lower lip (FG) high thickness sheets can be produced
