HM10 dies are used for hot-melt product application on different support materials.

• Removable lower lip for deckels application: FG option available

Technical detail

Melt channel surface: hard-chrome plated and mirro-finished surface

Finish:  channel - Ra 0,04-0,08

Lips:    Ra 0,02-0,04

Standard production Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) thermal treated steel.

Cartridge heaters placed in the blocks: multipolar plugs.
