Use

This dies are mainly used for hot-melt product coating on different support materials. Due too the small dimensions HM8 dies are mainly used for limited production needs or lab line.

• Contact coating die with rotating bar
• Width range between 100 and 1500 mm
• Flexible upper lip
• Rotating bar bending adjustment
• Weight range between 10 and 60 gr/m2

Technical detail

Melt channel surface: hard-chrome plated and mirror-finished surface

Finish :  channel - Ra 0,04-0,08

Lips:     Ra 0,02-0,04

Standard production Aisi P20 (W. Nr. 1.2311) heat-trated steel (different material upon request).

Cartridge heaters placed in the blocks: multipolar plugs.

FG (quick opening lower lip) available to allow easy limitation deckels application.
